Location was perfect for travelling around Sendai and the local area. The room was just big enough for two people and their luggage. The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The housekeepers were very nice and would do anything in their power to make your stay more comfortable. Everything in the room worked and was in good working order. The front desk stored our luggage after check out and arranged for a van to the airport for us. They were very helpful and kind. Recommend using Google Translator, since the hotel staff doesn't speak very much English,

Location is great. This is within the Sendai train station complex, so access was very easy and convenient. The hotel facilities are beautiful with several restaurants serving various kinds of cuisine. Room was a decent size for Japan, comfortable, clean. There is a mini fridge, hot water pot. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast at Serenity restaurant which served many local foods.

Great location adjacent to the train station, and hotel retains a 1990's elegance if also a bit of fustiness. My room was comfortable if slightly worn with nice west view over Sendai. Very clean and wifi worked well. Bathroom sparse but fine. Booked in advance so great value for money.

When we booked non-smoking room was not available so we had to book a smoking room but the smoking room we got didn't smell like cigarette at all which we assumed that it was well cleaned and maintained! The hotel was right next to Sendai station and the shopping mall which was very convenience for us to travel around tohoku area using Sendai as a hub.

I had booked 2 nights at this hotel but my plans changed and before I arrived I needed to add another night. Didn't change it properly on my booking.com reservations. Very grateful to receptionist at Hotel for working it out in English language . Thanks for an upgrade for the 3 nights.

The location is good. All the shopping malls are connected via the overhead bridges at level 2, we don’t even need to go to level 1. It is so near to the station and when we were there, there was even a Christmas fair, selling festive goodies.

Room size was great. Shower head was one if the best I have experienced I a hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful

The room was not at the level of luxury and service I was expecting for the price. The room was exceptionally clean, and tiddy. I really like that it was literally on the same building as the Sendai station. The Japanese breakfast was amazing.

It is spacious because we selected a Deluxe Double Room. Location is convenience. Directly connected to train station. Basic amenities including hygiene products and complimentary water.
