Location was perfect for travelling around Sendai and the local area. The room was just big enough for two people and their luggage. The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The housekeepers were very nice and would do anything in their power to make your stay more comfortable. Everything in the room worked and was in good working order. The front desk stored our luggage after check out and arranged for a van to the airport for us. They were very helpful and kind. Recommend using Google Translator, since the hotel staff doesn't speak very much English,

Located right by Sendai station. We drove to Sendai and were grateful for their convenient 1500 yen a day garage parking. When snow unexpectedly stranded us in town another day, they allowed us to book an extra day in our current room. Room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel has a great location! The station was right next door. Easy walk to the Parco Malls, shopping/ arcade street, and several restaurants.

The N.1 thing I loved was that the non smoking room, was an authentic no-smoking room (a problem with old hotels in Japan, specially outside of "touristic" hotels) very nice and clean. N.2 was the Location, hands down the best in town no story (can even access the S-Pal shopping center by pressing B1 in the Hotel elevator!). N.3 is how everything was averagely good and appropriate for the asking price. No complaints really.

When we booked non-smoking room was not available so we had to book a smoking room but the smoking room we got didn't smell like cigarette at all which we assumed that it was well cleaned and maintained! The hotel was right next to Sendai station and the shopping mall which was very convenience for us to travel around tohoku area using Sendai as a hub.

Great location adjacent to the train station, and hotel retains a 1990's elegance if also a bit of fustiness. My room was comfortable if slightly worn with nice west view over Sendai. Very clean and wifi worked well. Bathroom sparse but fine. Booked in advance so great value for money.
